Smart robots y otras máquinas inteligentes en nuestra vida cotidiana

Abstract

La presencia de robots y otras máquinas inteligentes, como drones o impresoras 3D, en nuestro entorno, incluso, en nuestros hogares, plantea cuestiones jurídicas interesantes, sobre todo, en materia de responsabilidad civil. Por un lado, debe precisarse la responsabilidad que debe atribuirse al poseedor de un bien de este tipo y, por otro, permite evocar aspectos ya clásicos en materia de responsabilidad civil del fabricante.

The presence of robots and other smart machines, such as drones or 3D printers, in our environment, even in our homes, raises interesting legal issues, especially concerning civil liability. On the one hand, the liability to be attributed to the holder of a good of this kind and, on the other hand, it allows to evoke again traditional legal aspects in terms of civil liability of the manufacturer.
